Why This Work Exists
The wound does not stay in the past.
What remains unconscious does not disappear.
It moves through the body and begins shaping how you love, communicate, create, lead, and relate to God.
Most people arrive here when the old familiar pattern stops working. When the same fight, fear, disconnection, or ache for love or purpose keeps returning.
Beneath the visible issue is usually a deeper system: a body trained to brace before it opens, a nervous system that does not yet trust what it longs for, a younger part still waiting to be chosen, and a protector that once kept you safe.
But what protected you then may now be running your life.
Avoidance, overgiving, control, blame, resentment, and defensiveness are not the root. They are the strategies guarding the wound.
This work begins when you are ready to stop calling the pattern your fate — and start meeting the inherited wound that you came here to transform.
The Return
This is the path back to union.
Not fantasy. Not codependence. Not some overly spiritualized concept.

Meet Luke
Luke Monteleone
I am a mentor, initiator, and trauma-informed guide working at the intersection of relationship, embodiment, leadership, repair, and devotion to God.
My work is for the places where insight alone has not been enough. Where the pattern still takes over in love, conflict, intimacy, purpose, or leadership.
For more than a decade, I have supported men, women, and couples in meeting the survival patterns beneath their relational pain, reclaiming Self-leadership, and building lives rooted in truth, responsibility, and union.
My authority in this work has not come from theory alone.
It has been forged through lived initiation: relationship, family, fatherhood, business, spiritual surrender, repair, and the ongoing practice of becoming the man God has called me to be.
I bring together attachment repair, nervous system work, parts-based transformation, masculine and feminine integration, spiritual devotion, and real-world experience in leadership, business, relationship, and family.
This is not work I hold as a concept.
It is terrain I have walked, continue to walk, and am devoted to helping others move through with greater truth, safety, responsibility, and faith in God.
